23rd Annual Walk for Autism | VENDOR REGISTRATION

VENDOR REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THE 23RD ANNUAL WALK FOR AUTISM.

We are delighted to announce the upcoming 23rd Annual Walk for Autism, scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Lake Erie Speedway. A crucial element of this event is the inclusion of vendor tables, providing a platform for various agencies or organizations to showcase their autism-related services and opportunities. This offers our participants a valuable opportunity to explore the available resources to meet their specific needs.

Vendor tables, located underneath the stadium stands, come equipped with one table and two chairs for each pre-registered vendor. If additional coverage is desired, vendors are welcome to bring a pop-up canopy (maximum size 12'x12'), ensuring it is properly secured for windy conditions. The vendor fee for the 23rd Annual Walk for Autism is $40.00.

Vendor setup will commence around 8:30 a.m., with Walk registration beginning at 9:30 a.m. Vendors can unload near their tables and then park in the main lot, guided by our parking volunteers. For the safety of all participants, we kindly request vendors to complete unloading and parking in the designated area no later than 9:30 a.m. The Walk will kick off promptly at 11:00 a.m. and conclude around 2:00 p.m. We are kindly requesting all vendors to stay (rain or shine) until at least 12:30pm that day of the Walk.

New for 2024, vendors may showcase your organization! Donate a $40 basket to our amazing auction by April 15, 2024.

Please note that the vendor table fee does not cover Walk registration or the 2024 commemorative Walk Apparel. Walk registration starts at $22.00 and includes selected commemorative Walk apparel if registered by the April 1, 2024, deadline. Additionally, vendors will be treated to complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and a small appreciation swag bag. Onsite, five local food trucks will be serving delightful treats, with proceeds benefiting the Annual Walk for Autism.
